Scholarships
Each year, HCCU donates to local school scholarship funds to support our graduating seniors. Along with that, we also offer two other types of scholarships. Click the links below for more information.
CU $ucceed Non-Traditional Scholarship
The CU $ucceed Scholarship of $750 is open to non-traditional students. Applications are accepted from February 1st to May 15th each year.
HCCU Hurricane Branch Scholarship
Hayward Hurricane High School students are eligible to work at our HCCU Hurricane Branch during the school year. The student employee earns $15 per hour towards scholarship funds while learning a new trade. This is an excellent opportunity to “earn while you learn” and enhance your resume.
