Qualifying small businesses will need to have been in operation up to February 15, 2020, include most recent tax returns, current payroll and year-to-date payroll with their application. Other items may be required.

Applications can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org, dropped off at our Hayward Branch drive-up or placed in our night depository. Due to the urgency to access the funds available, we do not recommend mailing.
